Refund policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please include your order number and a photo of the problem.

Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.

How to start a return
Email us at nearvella.brand@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as we will give you the correct return address.
